Ambitions
It is common
knowledge that third world countries lack the technical environment to groom to higher heights young sports talents who aspire
to become great player’s one day. Notwithstanding this handicap, gifted technical cadres continue to operate with the
little at their disposal. This time around, the Evergreen Stars F.A.C. seeks to break the barrier of lack of innovative and
motivation and wishes to seek external and local help to assist it to be able to put in place:
(a) a proper infrastructure as a training camp
(b) Centre for trade learning, i.e. building and construction, carpentry,
electrical and electronics basic and advanced computer studies (Engineering hardware, software and operation, etc…)
sewing, etc…. As an accompaniment, the said football-students will learn these opportunities, thus preparing them for
the future when they can no longer play football.
(c) A player-replacement programmed to ensure that the trainees of the
Academy are exposed to competition matches both local and internationally.
(d) An exchange programmed of technical cadres, i.e. the invitation
of international technical assistance from the national football federation and overseas football communities, the participation
of both players and technical men in training courses at home and abroad etc.
