The major headache of the Academy is the general lack of adequate equipment and materials needed for a more sophisticated handling of the trainees: footballs, training shoes, warmers, shin-guards, hoses, track suits, among others. With this kind of support, handlers will focus their minds on the equally important areas of training and the promotion and the development of the Academy.
